Chevy lease

We all know that leasing a vehicle is a great way to drive the vehicle you want without breaking the bank, but what happens when the leasing period is over? It may seem like the end of a beautiful era, but there may be options to make your Chevy lease more permanent if you so choose.

Let’s take a look at the three options available to you when your lease expires.

1. Walk Away

At the end of your lease, if you find yourself interested in a different brand or dealership, you can choose to return your vehicle and simply walk away without signing a new lease or anything. As long as all of the terms of the lease are fulfilled and the vehicle is returned in good shape, then there is no further obligation from either the dealership or the leasing party.

2. Sign Another Lease

After returning your vehicle, if you’ve enjoyed the services offered by Valley Chevrolet of Hastings, you’re welcome to select a new vehicle for leasing. Maybe you’re looking for new features, or just a different driving experience, either way you’re sure to find the perfect next vehicle for you to sign a new lease on.

3. Purchase Your Leased Vehicle

If you’ve grown fond of your leased vehicle, you may have the option to purchase it outright after your lease term ends. This option may not be available depending on your current leased vehicle, so be sure to inquire with our finance department.

Is your lease about to end? Well make sure to take into consideration your three options. Reach out to the Valley Chevrolet of Hastings finance office for answers if you’re still confused, and make sure to stop by to check out the available selection for your next lease!
